Miyar Adventures, the Redmond-based guiding company that offers climbs on a number of United States and international mountain routes, recently opened an outdoor gear store at 16421 Cleveland St., Suite B. The store aims to extend Miyar’s approach of “premium value at a reasonable price” to outdoor gear, as well.
According to Sandeep Nain, founder and chief climbing guide at Miyar Adventures, “Launching the outdoor gear store is an important and exciting landmark for us. In addition to our local and international climbs, our travel desk offers ticketing and insurance assistance to our customers. We also offer beginner to advanced level training in rock climbing and snow skills. With buy and rent options from our store, Miyar would now be a complete climbing partner for the adventure enthusiasts of all ages and climbing ability.”
An avid climber even as he was working for IT majors like Amazon and Microsoft, Nain left that career to set up Miyar.
